The large mixing bowl with a capacity of 13 quarts is enough to make dough for the largest group of matzah bakers. A convenient method of mixing the dough is to place the mixing bowl on a round waste basket of similar diameter about waist high.

Use a vegetable cleaning brush to wash out the bowl under the faucet for instant shine between groups of bakers.
