The only efficient way of placing the newly rolled matzah in the oven is the way it's done at a real Shmura Matzah bakery. Arrange each matzah on a stick on the pole stand and when you have enough matzos to fill the oven, quickly roll each pole into the oven floor, just like the real thing. The oven stays hot.
