Here is how you can get your own badge with your rank.
   

Write your name rank and serial number neatly on a piece of paper.
Tzivos Hashem will verify your membership and rank.

Mail that paper and two dollars ($2) for shipping to the Tzivos Hashem Awards Program.

The rank badge can only be received by a current member of Tzivos Hashem who is under the age of bar or bas mitzvah and lives in the USA.
